It is not easy to be a good parent. In fact, it requires a lot of work. A first step to success is to learn to recognize that each child is an individual and must be related to as an individual.

This book, "Alfie Asks", is about all of the questions that a small child can ask. As parents, it is our responsibility to help make these questions a means of learning as well as an "opportunity" to exercize a great deal of patience.
